Key Responsibilities:
Phone, email ya online platforms ke zariye customer ki inquiries aur concerns handle karna aur manage karna.
Strong aur long-lasting customer relationships banaye rakhna.
Customer issues ko efficiently resolve karna aur ensure karna ki customers satisfied rahein.
Company products aur services ko promote karna, customers ko saari offerings ke baare mein aware karwana.
Sales team ke saath close coordination karna, taaki targets meet ho sakein aur customer experiences enhance ho sakein.
Customer interactions ka accurate record rakhna aur customer profiles ko update karna.
Products aur services ke baare mein timely aur accurate information dena.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree kisi bhi field mein.
Experience: 2-3 saal ka experience customer handling, relationship management, ya kisi similar role mein.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills Hindi aur English mein.
Strong convincing aur negotiation skills.
Customer concerns ko effectively aur professionally handle karne ki ability.
Digital communication tools ka proficiency.
Technology Requirements:
