Job Title: Relationship Officer

Department: Sales – Home Loan

Reporting To: Sales Manager

CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA + TA

Job Summary:

Responsible for sourcing home loan customers, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire home loan customers as per targets

Ensure proper documentation and policy adherence

Monitor loan usage and customer follow-up

Resolve customer queries

Maintain records and reporting

Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream

Minimum 1 year of BFSI experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2+,000.00 per month
