We are hiring for the role of Relationship Officer in Jaipur, responsible for driving business growth through designated bank branches. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of banking products and sales.
Position: Relationship Officer - Banking
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Branch location may vary)
Qualification: Graduation or higher
Experience: 0 – 4 years in sales (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Job Overview:

• A graduate from any field with no pending backlogs
• Willingness to engage in inside sales in the Jaipur area
• A balanced focus on both service and sales, with a preference for sales skills
• Strong knowledge of banking services

Key Responsibilities:
As a Relationship Officer in Jaipur, your responsibilities will include client acquisition, product demonstrations, and promoting new digital products.
• Source business through allocated bank branches in Jaipur.
• Focus on acquiring broking clients.
• Activate clients for trading after acquisition.
• Acquire and retain new clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
• Greet customers and guide them to the appropriate service counters.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the bank’s products and services to assist customers and distribute product brochures/forms.
• Provide demonstrations and guidance to customers initiating trading activities post-account opening
