Position : Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer
Work Location : Kolkata, West Bengal
Educational Qualification
• Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Candidates with 6+ months of experience in Sales/Marketing or MBA freshers are eligible to apply for finance jobs.
Experience
• 6+ months of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing OR
• Fresh MBA graduates.
Role and Responsibilities
• Identify prospective customers in the local area and establish strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer sourcing and retention, cross-selling, and recovery functions across Kolkata.
• Meet personal sales targets while supporting the branch to achieve its quarterly and yearly goals.
• Complete internal and external leads promptly before recommending or selling wealth products.
• Generate referrals and cross-sell other products offered by the branch, such as investments, insurance, mortgages, and personal loans.
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 50% aggregate in the qualifying degree.
• Familiarity with the Kolkata local areas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
• Must own a vehicle to commute and meet customers.
• Knowledge of the local market in Kolkata to generate leads is essential.
