• Handling portfolio of existing customer and acquire new customer to the bank.
• Competent in Financial Services with good knowledge on Capital Market, Banking and Insurance fundamentals.
• Adept at analysing market trends to provide critical inputs for formulating selling and marketing strategies.
Excellent relationship management skills with experience in statutory compliances and smooth business operations.
Handling sales as per bank guidelines.
Opening currents and saving accounts
Opening high value accounts.
Responsible for achieving the cross-sell targets viz. mutual fund, life insurance & general insurance, saving & current a/c.
Resolving customer queries received through calls, mails, customer grievance redressed cell, phone banking and to ensure timely response for all.
Maintaining Existing Relationships and increasing their value.
Provide one stop solutions to high value clients.
Building & maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth clients, ensuring customer satisfaction matrices by achieving service quality norms.
Responsibility to maintain and increase the CASA value of the branch
