Location- Pune
Role Description
Our AFC(Anti-Financial Crime) team is responsible for protecting Deutsche Bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. Risk types related to Anti-Financial Crime are consolidated in a comprehensive and effective risk management framework that covers Anti-Money-Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery & Corruption as well as Anti-Fraud & Investigations.
Responsibilities of a Release Manager into AFC Team are:
• Planning the release windows and release lifecycle(SDLC)
• Managing risks that may affect release scope
• Ensuring releases are delivered based on the requirements
• Managing relationships and coordinating with different teams(such as Unix Admin, DBAs, L2&L3 support teams)
• Creating new CI/CD pipelines and maintaining existing ones for release process automation

Your key responsibilities
• We want to automate as much as possible with a focus on deployments and processes;
• We will work in an Agile framework;
• ITIL terms are quite used;
• Collaboration with all the other areas (, QA, SM, PO) – we find it very important for automation;
• A big Bank needs a lot of integration skills;

• Software fails –> so extensive troubleshooting experience will surely help;

Your skills and experience 2-3 years
• Understand IT solutions and mission-critical (++.+% uptime) applications
• Linux and Application Servers (Tomcat, Weblogic) know-how
• You should be familiar with SVN, Git, Antifactory, Jenkins, Ansible, Maven, SonarQube or maybe something similar
• You should be very familiar with the CI/CD pipelines
• Some user experience with JIRA Scrum/Kanban - Agile workflow methodologies, Confluence will be nice
• Good to know Shell scripting, Python, Perl, Groovy
• Container management: OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes – nice to know
• API Management – nice to know
• DBMS/SQL (Oracle) – we are not searching for a DBA ;).
• Understanding of Application layer protocols (TLS/SSL, HTTP(S), DNS, etc)
• Google Cloud Platform knowledge will surely be highly appreciated – the desire to learn is also very good;
