Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for reliability test data collection and initial data analysis, e.g., trending filing and updating, failure identification and reporting
• Responsible for 1st stage failure analysis: Hands on failure analysis using internal resources and tool e.g., visual inspection, electro-luminance, FA record maintenance and external failure analysis logistics.
• Responsible to create draft production wafer validation report.
• Assist setting up new test rigs/recipes and support existing test equipment maintenance.
• Manage assigned tasks and deliver them to agreed timeline
• Take part in required internal and external technical training program;
• Any other ad hoc duty as requested by the Reliability Team leader.
Person Specification:
Required:
• Skilled user of Microsoft Excel for data collection and analysis
• Familiar with Microsoft office, e.g., Word and PowerPoint
• Ability of small-size sample handling
• Flexible attitude to working hours
Desired
• Degree of relevant subject
• Previous experience of parametric test
• Familiar to statistical analysis software
• Experience of semiconductor industry sector
• Knowledge of III-V optoelectronic device
