About the role
This is a business needs-driven role – assignments are temporary, sometimes at short notice, and always based on where we need you most. You’ll rotate between parks, take the reins while managers are on leave, and hand back a smoothly operating park at the end of your assignment.

Overseeing daily park operations including housekeeping, maintenance, reception, and guest services
Leading, training, and rostering park teams
Ensuring compliance with WHS and safety standards
Handling office administration and after-hours call-outs where required
