You will be responsible for greeting staff and visitors at the gatehouse, ensuring they adhere to required security protocols, monitoring premises to prevent rule infractions, conducting regular patrols, responding promptly to alarms and security incidents, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must have an in-date SIA Licence, a full valid UK driving licence, and proven experience as a corporate security officer or relevant position. Strong observational and communication skills are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to handle emergencies calmly and effectively, and have knowledge of basic security operations and procedures.
