Looking for a dedicated Accounts and Admin Manager to oversee daily financial operations and administrative functions for our IT retail store. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and administration, with experience in managing day-to-day store operations, customer accounts, and inventory. This role is crucial to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock levels to ensure product availability.
Ensure smooth administrative operations, including scheduling, store maintenance, and customer service.
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and assist with financial planning.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and resources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
