Job Title:
Remedial Educator
Experience:
0-4 years (Remedial Education Training will be provided)
Requirement:
Masters degree in Counselling/Clinical Psychology
Written and spoken proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi
Passionate about helping children with Special Needs
Flexibility of travelling between Bibwewadi and Navi Peth office
Job Responsibilities:
Conducting initial meeting and case history meetings with parents
Conducting psycho-educational assessments
Preparing psycho-educational reports
Planning & Conducting Remedial Sessions
Creating teaching aids/ worksheets as per the requirement
Creating revision- evaluation sheets
Making evaluation reports
Staying in contact with parents for giving feedback and other related communication ∙ Any other assigned tasks related to remedial sessions.
Conducting trainings for new employees and/ or interns
Active involvement in workshops and awareness programs of the organization
Education:
Masters in Clinical/ Counselling Psychology (required)
Certification in Remedial Education (recommended)
