Job Description
BMC Remedy Developer/Support
• Configuration, Installation, Migration, Upgradation and Customization.
• Work on BMC Remedy IT Service Management (Version +.1 and above) suite.
• Design & set-up of operational support model for ITSM Processes (Incident, CMDB, Change, Problem, Service Request & SLM) in the ITSM Tool.
• Experience in Configuration of BMC AR System Server.
• Experience in Configuration of BMC ITSM Suite.
• Performing operational level activities like Create/Update/Delete people profile, support groups and Functional roles.
• Ensure end to end Service Design for new IT Services and that new or existing Business Partners are fully integrated into the Support Model
