Remote Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Hays. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for obtaining work orders and delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtain work orders for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement of consultants and independent contractors
Review major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
Address client issues efficiently and inform recruiter and Business Unit Leader or company executive of any problems that may arise
Ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and projects are profitable
Pursue opportunities for account growth and new business
Provide regular input on account activity, including status and call reports
Requirements:
Proven sales success
Willingness to cold-call and prospect for new business over the phone
Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
Able to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
