Digital Advertising Opportunity with JumpCrew
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team at JumpCrew, where we help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.
As an Account Executive, you will be focused on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their very first campaigns.
Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how we can drive awareness, engagement, and growth through digital advertising.
Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales is a plus; strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach are required.

This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
You will work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. Additional hours are welcome.

Performance Metrics
Activate a minimum of 20 new business advertisers per month.
Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.
Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.
Mandatory Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of validatable sales experience is required.
No active contract with a different gig while working for JumpCrew X.
A comprehensive background check (Criminal, Credit, and Employment Check) is mandatory.
This is an outbound sales role; applicants must be able to do consultative selling to existing leads and source new leads comfortably.
