Key Responsibilities
• * Coordinate and manage air cargo shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• * Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, and clients to track shipments and resolve any delays or issues.
• * Prepare shipping documents, including airway bills, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork.
• * Ensure compliance with international air freight regulations and company policies.
• * Monitor cargo handling processes and ensure proper storage and transportation conditions.
• * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving freight-related concerns.
• * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain operations.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
