Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments for insurance agents, and ensuring that all interactions are professional and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize various outreach methods to contact potential clients and introduce insurance products and services
Qualify leads by understanding their needs and matching them with the appropriate insurance agent
Schedule appointments for insurance agents to meet with prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Follow up with leads and confirm appointments, providing excellent customer service throughout the process
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM system
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software a plus
