Permanent full time position
From $121,000.00 and up to $135,000.00 per annum
FIFO arrangements (8 weeks on, 2 weeks off) can be explored for the right candidate, though it’s not the preferred option. If a nurse is onboarded under FIFO arrangements, the travel allowance will be used to cover travel to and from the community
Retention allowance of $6,000 annually
Post-graduate and professional development allowances
Fully furnished accommodation provided
6 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
Travel allowance of $4,000 per year
Retention allowance of $6,000 every 12 months
Postgraduate and PD allowances available
You will be working with one of the largest Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory and is situated on the north coast of Arnhem Land, about 500km east of Darwin.
Although quite a remote community, it has basic services and facilities, including a health clinic, school, and various community services. You will be close to beautiful scenery, including rivers, coastal areas, and nearby national parks.

Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with no restrictions
At least 5 years' of broad nursing experience, with at least 3 years working in a primary health related field in a remote context
National Crime Check or willingness to obtain
WWCC (OCHRE Card) or willingness to obtain
Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship)
