Job Description
You’ll be supported by an internal team that handles all administrative and paperwork-related tasks, allowing you to focus on legal analysis, filings, and client representation.
Key Responsibilities
Review collection case files and related documentation.
File and represent the company in California courts as Plaintiff’s counsel.
Provide legal guidance and strategy on collection actions.
Communicate with the internal team for case coordination and updates.
Ensure compliance with California laws and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
Must be an active member of the California State Bar (in good standing).
Experience in collections, civil litigation, or creditor representation preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work remotely and independently with flexible hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
