Job Overview: As a Remote B2B Sales Representative specializing in Recruitment and IT services, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base within the US market. Your expertise in B2B sales, combined with a strong understanding of recruitment and IT services, will be essential in achieving and exceeding sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development:
• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads within the Recruitment and IT services sectors through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
• Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to demonstrate our Recruitment and IT service offerings to potential B2B clients across the US.
• Close sales deals and consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Engagement:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with the customer support team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to post-sale support.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the Recruitment and IT services sectors.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams based on market research and client interactions.
• Reporting and Administration:
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the Recruitment and IT services sectors, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with US-based business clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Experience working remotely or within a distributed team environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office suite.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Recruitment and IT services industries.
• Experience with selling intangible products/services or software solutions is advantageous.
Working Conditions:
• Fully remote position.
• Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and client availability across the US.
