Job Description:
HealthifyMe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the Mid-to-Senior Level with at least 8 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a remote team of call center representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center operations and improve efficiency
Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to drive performance and meet targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer issues and escalations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Resourceful and adaptable to handle dynamic work environments
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and motivate team members
- Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
