Job Description:
BookMyShow is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding ticket bookings, event information, and general inquiries.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
4. Utilize CRM software to log customer interactions, update customer information, and track issue resolution.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
6. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by the Call Center Manager.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong people management skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.
4. Proven planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
