About the Position: Our client, a Local Authority in West Sussex, is seeking a Remote Casework Officer to start immediately on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in drafting S202 Reviews and possess strong knowledge of Housing Law.
Job Summary:
Draft and review documents related to housing reviews
Manage a caseload within statutory deadlines
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Housing Law, including Parts 6 and 7 of the Housing Act 1++6
Proven experience drafting S202 Review decisions
Good understanding of case law and statutory guidance
