Beachwood, OH / Martinsburg, WV – Remote or Hybrid
Integrity Federal Services (IFS) is a design-oriented firm, specializing in the delivery of land development solutions on challenging projects. Our private clients develop residential projects, warehouse, distribution and commercial projects. We work with the Federal Government across the United States, primarily on projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our projects are rewarding and challenging, staff can expect to work both regional development projects and projects across the county (Florida, Texas, Michigan, Minnesota, etc.). We are seeking civil engineers with 3+ years’ experience to join our close knit and dynamic team. Registration is a plus but is not required for the position, we will help get you there. The ideal candidate is seeking to take their career to the next level, effort and hard work will be rewarded.

What You Will Do
The Civil Engineer will contribute to IFS’s success by preparing site evaluations and studies, preparation of schematic designs and early design documents. You will work closely with Project Managers and senior company leaders, mentor junior staff & interact with the client and multidisciplinary design teams.
In addition to Private Sector Clientele: Projects may be National Cemeteries, VA Medical Centers or other large projects for the federal government. Primary responsibilities will be preparation of designs and the management of design efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
• Utilize Civil 3D and CAD to perform design tasks.
• Project manager or assist the project manager for land development projects and working as well as part of a multi-disciplinary design team for larger projects.
• Work with Clients and stakeholders to present design information for the purposes of collaboration and design development.
• Manage project schedules and budgets.
• Site evaluations, some travel can be expected.
• Road and utility design, grading, erosion and sediment control, stormwater design
• Proposal preparation

• Annual salary of $70,000 to $140,000 ~ based on experience

Essential
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and 0 – 10+ years of professional experience
• Advanced AutoCAD skills
• EIT or F.E certification required
• P.E. License a plus
• Civil 3D required
• Ability to prioritize tasks, organize work, and execute tasks independently or with other teams.
• Creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills required to apply technical knowledge to a wide variety projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, and written communication
