Key responsibilities
- Develop a well-informed cloud strategy and oversee the transition
- Review and implement DevOps and Agile best practices
- Plan, design, deploy and manage a variety of cloud-related solutions
- Collaborate closely with IT security to keep an eye on the company's cloud security
- Respond to technical concerns in a timely and competent manner
- Assist with infrastructure migration approaches, such as large application transfers to the cloud
- Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully satisfy the company's strategic needs by working on cloud migration, implementation, and optimization operations
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of experience in Cloud computing, planning, implementing and maintaining IT cloud solutions
- Positive approach and a strong commitment to producing quality work
- Excellent understanding of cloud computing technology and current trends in computing
- Ability to articulate intricate cloud reports to management and other IT development partners
- Fluency in English to collaborate with engineering managers
- Work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
