Job Overview
As the Project Manager for Commercial Sales, you will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of products and services. This role encompasses managing all dimensions of service delivery and serving as the primary contact for customers from the post-sale phase through installation. You will be accountable for ensuring a seamless customer experience during the activation of network services, coordinating communication across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the comprehensive project lifecycle of sales orders, assessing requirements across diverse technologies, including Ethernet, SDWAN, SIP, and Managed Services.
• Address work order requests from customers, sales teams, agents, and vendors, coordinating installations, relocations, disconnections, and changes to services.
• Manage installation timelines, negotiate deadlines, confirm provisioning completion, and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage impacts, and escalate issues to management as needed to keep stakeholders informed on progress.
• Act as a liaison among stakeholders (customers, vendors, carriers, sales teams, provisioning, billing, and customer care) to facilitate effective communication and project success.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for orders at both the order and process levels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues proactively, addressing potential service delivery challenges.
• Lead internal meetings with key service delivery stakeholders and conduct order overview meetings with executive leadership of major customers.
• Create and present requested information to customers.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of customer support experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Project Management Certification and MEF Ethernet Certification are preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications (ISP, MSO, Telcos) is essential.
• Familiarity with a CRM tool or prior experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to bend, stoop, sit, walk, or stand for extended periods. Primarily, time will be spent sitting, with frequent opportunities to move around. Work Environment
This position operates within an office environment, involving significant exposure to computer screens and necessitating extensive use of computers, keyboards, mice, and multi-line telephone systems.
