Job Description
Policybazaar, a leading insurance comparison company, is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to Policybazaar customers remotely.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
2. Assisting customers with insurance policy information, claims processing, and other related services.
3. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Providing accurate information to customers about various insurance products and services.
5. Maintaining customer databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
6. Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
7. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions.
8. Participating in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
+. Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
2. Confident and dedicated personality traits with excellent communication skills.
3. Strong planning and project management skills.
4. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
5. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
6. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
7. Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
