Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Manager at WhiteHat Jr, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department, including managing a team of remote customer service representatives, handling escalated customer complaints, monitoring customer satisfaction levels, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management
