Job Description
WhiteHat Jr is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management.
As a Remote Customer Service Manager at WhiteHat Jr, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department, including managing a team of remote customer service representatives, handling escalated customer complaints, monitoring customer satisfaction levels, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
