Job Title: Remote D365 Administrator and Support Specialist
Job Description:
Carrington Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Remote D365 Administrator and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Markets, Sales & Clients department, you will play a crucial role in providing support and improving the Contact Management System (CMS) based on the needs and requirements of users.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (preferably D365) and be confident in their ability to resolve non-routine issues by escalating to the managers in the CMS team. Strong communication skills and excellent organisational abilities are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and maintenance for the CMS system
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to improve the CMS product
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
Collaborate with the CMS team to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
A good understanding of data management and CRM systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
