Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage a team of data entry clerks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all data entry tasks
2. Develop and implement data entry processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase productivity
3. Utilize strong knowledge of MS-Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Access, to create and maintain databases and spreadsheets
4. Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze data, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
5. Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors, working closely with the team to maintain data integrity
6. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews to optimize efficiency and quality of work
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data entry technology, recommending and implementing new tools and software for improved data management
