About the Role: As a Home-Based Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clients in the cleaning industry. You will be responsible for managing schedules, entering payments, and responding to client inquiries. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in administrative roles, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage job schedules and ensure accurate assignments
Enter payments into our Google Sheet 'Tracking Sheet'
Respond to client inquiries and send emails as needed
Ensure end-of-day tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in administrative roles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Google Suite and other productivity tools
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
