About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Remote Education Technology Client Advocate to join our team at Langham Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clients achieve their goals through our SaaS solutions, fostering long-term relationships, and driving client satisfaction and retention.

Key Job Responsibilities

Provide Exceptional Support: Offer seamless onboarding and tailored support to ensure clients fully utilise our platform.

Build Strong Relationships: Establish trust with clients through regular check-ins and proactive communication.

Drive Business Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Foster Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.

Candidate Profile

Proven track record in customer success, account management, or similar roles.

In-depth knowledge of the education sector and its challenges.

Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.

Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
