The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling contentious, non-contentious, and corporate support matters, representing either employers or employee clients.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience and a portable client base with a value of £200,000 or more. This role offers complete flexibility in terms of working pattern and allows the individual to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as an Employment Solicitor with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience or equivalent
Managing a portable client following with a value of £200,000 or more
Working effectively to meet deadlines and targets, prioritizing and managing a varied caseload
Collaborating well within a team and working independently
Exhibiting strong legal and leadership skills, with attention to detail
Demonstrating excellent organization and time-management skills
