Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our remote-first team. In this pivotal position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our enterprise clients, steering them towards success with our cutting-edge language and translation technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a customer advocate by establishing and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
• Facilitate customer onboarding, engage in regular follow-ups, and proactively uncover opportunities for increased platform utilization.
• Assess customer data to pinpoint enhancement areas and illustrate the platform’s value through impactful presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Product to ensure a cohesive and favorable customer experience.
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to drive product improvement and optimize the overall customer experience.
Required Skills
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer success or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS or the translation sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of customer success principles and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction and a strong desire to enable client success.

• Experience in working with remote teams and collaborating effectively across different time zones.
