Position Details
This entry-level position on our sales team demands determination, perseverance, and the ambition to excel.
Compensation and Commission Structure
During Your First Month (Training Period)
You earn 80% of the setup fee for every successful sale, regardless of how many sales you complete.
Post-Training (After the First Month)
You continue to earn 80% of the setup fee per sale if you meet or exceed 7 sales per week (or 14 sales every two weeks).
Performance Bonuses
7 sales in a two-week period: $1,000 bonus.
10 sales in a two-week period: $1,500 bonus.
For every additional block of 5 sales, add another $500 to your bonus (e.g., 15 sales = $2,000 total bonus, 20 sales = $2,500, etc.).
Bonuses are cumulative within each two-week period and are determined by your total sales at the end of that cycle.
Refunds
The Company covers refunds up to $500 per month. Any amount beyond that is subtracted from your following paycheck.
Monthly Sales Quota
The goal is 28 sales per calendar month (7 per week). Falling short of this quota may be treated as grounds for termination.
Growth Opportunities

Sales Focus
Engaging primarily in cold-calling, as well as pursuing warm leads generated through our Meta ad campaigns.
