Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Research Analysts who will collaborate with our researchers to enhance the performance of AI models. You will utilize your knowledge in equity research, sector analysis, financial modeling, and developing investment theses to assess and train AI systems. If you're passionate about solving complex financial research challenges and want to contribute to the evolution of AI in the financial sector, we encourage you to apply. Prior AI experience is not required.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
• Assess LLM models on topics like equity valuation, sector analysis, earnings estimates, and investment thesis creation.
• Develop rubrics to evaluate model performance in tasks such as DCF modeling, comparable company assessments, industry research, and initiating coverage reports.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to refine training methods, evaluation techniques, and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Equity Research, Credit Research, or Sell-Side/Buy-Side Research.
• A solid understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation methods, sector dynamics, and investment recommendation frameworks.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
• CFA (Level I/II/III) or an MBA in Finance.
