The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own the performance, strategy and continuous improvement of our remote feeding operations.
You’ll lead a skilled team, translate complex data into actionable insights, and ensure our feeding strategies deliver optimal growth, efficiency and fish welfare - every single day.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll operate at both a strategic and operational level, including:
Leading performance outcomes across growth, feed conversion (FCR), survival and efficiency
Building, coaching and developing a high-performing Control Room team
Driving continuous improvement and innovation in feeding systems, processes and technology
Optimising rosters, resourcing and workflows to ensure seamless 24/7 operations
Translating key metrics (SFR, SGR, FCR) into clear insights and actions that improve performance and drive decision making
Leading the review and optimisation of feeding strategies to ensure fish are fed to satiation with minimal waste
Partnering closely with fish performance and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration and timely resolution of any issues
Overseeing data integrity, reporting and analysis, turning insights into long-term improvements
Supporting feed trials, R&D initiatives and system enhancements
Driving cost efficiencies without compromising fish welfare, safety or performance
