Job Summary

• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as required.
• Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated with labor laws and ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and organizational goals.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role (1 3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
• Experience
• Minimum 1 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a remote work environment.
• Freshers with relevant internships or certifications in HR are encouraged to apply.
• Working Hours
• Full-time position with flexible working hours.
• Standard working schedule: Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 6:00 PM (adjustable based on time zones).
