Duties
Handle inbound calls from customers, providing prompt and professional assistance
Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, or account information
Maintain accurate data entry and update client records using Microsoft Office and other software tools
Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on customer requests or surveys
Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Manage cash handling procedures when applicable, ensuring accuracy and security
Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify trends and areas for service improvement
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively
Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions for future reference
Experience
Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or client services role is preferred
Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, especially fluency in English and additional languages
Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills, cash handling, and call center operations is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
