Remote Inbound Sales Closer – Pacific Time
Rain City Maids | Residential Services | Fully Remote
Rain City Maids is hiring a high-performance inbound sales closer.
We manage substantial inbound lead volume and measure performance objectively. This is a metric-driven closing role with clear expectations and defined standards.
If you consistently convert 25–30%+ of qualified inbound leads, you will do well here.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound residential cleaning inquiries
Conduct structured phone-based sales conversations
Convert qualified leads into booked jobs
Follow up with undecided prospects
Confirm booking details and handle light post-booking communication as needed
Accurately log activity in our CRM
Work Pacific Time business hours
This is a closing role. Follow-ups and light customer communication support the sales pipeline but do not replace sales responsibilities.
How Performance Is Measured
Primary metric: Monthly Conversion Rate
Booked Jobs ÷ Qualified Leads Contacted
25%+ = Strong performance
30%+ = High performer
Below 20% is not sustainable

Compensation
Base pay: $25/hour
Commission on booked sales
Monthly performance bonus
Expected total annual earnings: $48,000 – $75,000+ depending on performance
