Job Description
Our approach in assisting our residents is based on various evidence-based strategies which include cognitive and behavioural techniques, motivational interviewing and solution focused strategies based on a community environment.
Duties:
· Complete intake assessments for new residents. (NID-EP, IGT, SUICIDE and Homicide risk assessment)
· Complete client profile for doctor visits.
· Attend training sessions in order to increase knowledge and skills (where applicable)
· Participate in case conferences and staff meetings.
· Perform other related duties as requested by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:
· Hold a college degree (DEC) in a counselling related field with 5 years’ experience or minimum of a university degree (B.A.) in a counselling related field with 2 years clinical experience.

Additional Information
· Remote position, with some travelling for training purposes (Within Quebec).
· Full Time (30 hrs/week)
· Salary: 150-200$ per intake
