We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Support Specialist to join our team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Remote Desktop Management: Assist users with day-to-day application issues using good communication and troubleshooting skills across different OS platforms.
• Application Deployment: Experience with deployment tools such as SCCM, Altiris, or Marimba is required.
• Printer Management: Understanding of printer troubleshooting is necessary.
• Antivirus Management: Knowledge of antivirus policies, remediation, and vendor management is expected.
• VPN Administration: A good understanding of VPN concepts and troubleshooting is required.
• Patching Concept & Deployment Tools: Experience with patch management and patching concepts is necessary.
• Vulnerability Troubleshooting: Ability to manage and resolve issues independently is essential.
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of MAC and iPad.
• Scripting languages like Powershell, VBScript, and Batch Scripts.
• Experience with vulnerabilities and troubleshooting for fixes.
