Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney - Remote
Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Litigation Associate Attorney to take on an exciting role managing a diverse caseload independently, providing comprehensive litigation support from inception through to trial.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a litigation caseload autonomously, ensuring effective support throughout the entire legal process, from inception to trial.
• Advocate for clients in various general liability and contractual claims.
• Collaborate effectively with attorneys, colleagues, and partners on diverse legal projects.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, including conducting depositions.
• Draft thorough legal opinions, issue analyses, and client status updates.
Required Skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
• Over 5 years of litigation experience, ideally in general liability, toxic torts, professional liability, products liability, or insurance coverage.
• Strong proficiency in motion practice and oral arguments, with experience in conducting and defending depositions.
• Excellent organizational and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Legal project management experience is advantageous.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active licenses to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant litigation experience, with a focus on areas such as general liability and toxic torts being preferred.
