Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns utilizing Oracle Eloqua.
• Assist in email segmentation, develop landing pages, create lead capture forms, and manage lead uploads into the CRM.
• Work collaboratively with a remote, integrated marketing team to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Proactively test marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages) to ensure optimal functionality.
• Monitor, analyze, and refine performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to deliver compelling campaigns.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations aimed at optimizing marketing automation initiatives.
Required Skills
• Proficient in Oracle Eloqua (required).
• Experience with CRM integration (preferably Salesforce) and CMS integration (ideally Adobe Experience Manager).
• High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and accountability.
• Strong communication abilities, with a proactive and concise approach.
