Job Description
This is a hands-on marketing position for an experienced marketer to manage regional marketing strategy execution, working closely with the corporate marketing team.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a Regional Go-to-Market strategy
Creating, planning, and tracking various types of marketing campaigns
Completing competitor analysis
Representing the VRP brand according to our brand guidelines
Collaborating with Sales teams to ensure all standards are adhered to
Acting as the main point of contact from marketing for all regional departments
Organizing events, such as business breakfasts, partner events, basecamps, tradeshows, webinars, and more
Maintaining professional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
Maintaining and creating case studies for the region
Identifying and planning for award submissions
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements:
Experience in leading and coordinating marketing campaigns that generate leads
Previous marketing experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong understanding of the region, including current trends and market demands
Experience creating and running local events to create demand and awareness
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in B2B marketing
Experience in executing multi-channel campaigns
Experience in regional/global marketing
Proven track record in event organization
Marketing planning/execution/tracking exposure
Deep understanding of the digital/social media industry
Google Workspace exposure
