About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint to create visually stunning and impactful presentations that effectively communicate our company's message and vision
2. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and input to ensure presentations accurately reflect their requirements and goals
3. Provide seamless administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for the executive team
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, including conferences, seminars, and team-building activities, ensuring all logistical aspects are well executed
5. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information
6. Contribute to the efficiency of the office by managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and promptly addressing any technical issues
7. Act as a liaison between clients and the company, handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
