Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a busy executive. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and manage contact lists
• Make travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation)
• Conduct online research and compile reports as needed
• Assist with personal tasks such as online shopping, booking services, and reminders
• Manage digital files and maintain organized records
• Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc projects
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a personal assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting executives or entrepreneurs
• Familiarity with international time zones and remote collaboration
• Additional language skills are a plus
