Job Description
This is for you.
We are hiring a Physical Therapist to coach inside our online membership community.
No clinic. No commuting. No insurance games. No packed schedule.
Your job is simple: help members with chronic orthopedic/MSK pain move better by answering questions and coaching them through exercises.
You WILL NOT be treating (so if you're still looking to treat, this is not for you).
Why this job is different
Most remote PT roles still feel like a clinic, just on Zoom.
This one doesn’t.
No treating all day
No manual therapy
No documentation hell
No insurance
No “15-minute evals”
You still get to use your clinical brain
You get to impact more people with less chaos
Who this is perfect for
This role tends to be a home run for PTs who:
are burnt out and want something slower-paced but still meaningful
want to be remote (and stay in the profession without the grind)
are a mom/dad who wants flexibility and part-time options
are transitioning from clinic → coaching/education
are semi-retired/retired but still want to contribute a few hours/week
love coaching and problem-solving more than paperwork and volume
What you’ll do (day-to-day)
Reply to member questions inside the community (clear, confident, practical)
Review form videos and give corrections + next steps
Help members navigate flare-ups and stuck points using a movement-first lens
Use red-flag awareness to recommend medical referral without diagnosing
Be on camera as a face of the brand (short educational/motivational videos)
Help us build simple SOPs/workflows so coaching stays consistent as we grow
What we coach (and what we don’t)
We coach orthopedic/MSK issues: back, hip, neck, shoulder, knee, etc...
We do not do neuro or vestibular cases
Requirements (non-negotiable)
Licensed Physical Therapist (in any state)
Graduated from a US/UK/Canadian program (DPT preferred but not required)
2+ years evaluating & treating ortho/MSK patients
Strong anatomy + exercise selection + progression/regression skill
Great written communication (you can explain complex things simply)
Comfortable on camera (educational + motivational coach style)
Movement-first philosophy (you don’t need fancy words—just great coaching)
Not a fit if…
You can’t communicate clearly in writing
You need to “diagnose” to feel confident
Your anatomy/exercise knowledge is shaky
You don’t want to be on camera
Your background is primarily neuro/vestibular
Compensation
$35–$45/hour (contractor, based on experience and fit)
