We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our innovative product team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the execution of the roadmap for Data & AI Governance, focusing on delivering vital capabilities for Privacy, Security, and Data Governance professionals. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping next-generation solutions that facilitate responsible data usage across our extensive customer base.
Key Responsibilities
• Champion exceptional client and user experiences from product design through to delivery, ensuring elevated adoption and satisfaction.
• Leverage data insights and customer research to pinpoint opportunities and formulate actionable product strategies.
• Lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams, fostering a sense of ownership to deliver critical insights and features.
• Manage the complete product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization, with an emphasis on risk management.
• Establish product strategies that prioritize customer value, competitive positioning, and overall business impact, translating these into clear product goals.
• Effectively communicate project objectives, requirements, and statuses to stakeholders and customers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, collecting feedback to enhance our data privacy and compliance offerings, acting as an advocate for their needs.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits
For candidates located in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is \(161,250—\)241,875 USD. Individual compensation is influenced by factors including location, skills, experience, and education. This position may also encompass bonuses, equity opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
