Shift Timing - 8.30 PM - 5.30 AM
No of Working Days - 6 days
Educational Qualifications :
• Any graduate (Only BA, B Com, BSc. Not eligible for Engineering B.E. or BTech Graduates)
• Schooling is done in English medium only and with good written English communication skills
Skills Required
• Typing speed 30 words per minute / touch typing at 30 words per minute with +5%+ accuracy
• Basic MS Office & MS Excel skills
• Should be able to do multi-tasks, and toggle between multiple windows.
• Should have good English interpretation and application skills.
• Internet savvy candidates with fast chat multi-copy paste, edit, and posting skills
• Ready to learn basic troubleshooting steps.
• Proactive quick learner candidates with having self-starter attitude.
Job Details :
• Ready to work in a rotational shift across 24 Hrs (majorly night shift)
• Supervising Exams
• Exposure to work with International Clients
• Follow professional chat etiquette with grammatically correct sentences
What you will be doing :
• Supervise or remote proctor live professional exams for international candidates
• Only chat messaging skills with candidates
• Multi-tasking, toggle between multiple windows.
• Basic troubleshooting for exams
• Give accurate exam information to candidates
• Follow exam admission sponsor guides for multiple exams at a time.
• Documenting the candidate’s experience in good English.
• Help identify and manage the risks and issues, and timely escalations.
• Follow the documented business processes.
What skills, experience, and education do you need as a team member to succeed :
• Good aptitude
• Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and urgency
• Continually updating skills and learning following admission guidelines.
Computer Related
• Knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel
• Very Important verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
• Fresher / Call Centre Experience preferable
• Commitment for 1 2 years
